This month, Superintendent Joshua Starr will release his transition report, identifying the issues and concerns in Montgomery County Public School that require his attention. We asked him about what to expect from the report, and about his plans to visit all of MCPS's 200 schools before the end of the year. This is the final segment of our interview with Joshua Starr. Too bad not all parents teach their children any accountibility but choose to use the public school system as a crutch (therapy, babysitting, etc). We parents can have a huge impact on the classroom. Hope he is able to fix the morale- both students and staff seem to be stressed, something noticed on a daily basis when I take my own children to school.
