Women Soldiers in Maryland Welcome Combat Role
The Maryland National Guard prepares for changes after the women's combat ban is lifted.

Fisher, human resources specialist at the Maryland National Guard, has never served in combat, but she’s enthusiastic about the new opportunity for women. “Women should feel like they can now serve their country in whichever way they choose to serve, which is on the front lines, behind a desk, in a motor pool, etc. There’s no limits,” Fisher said. Ladies-----good luck to you and to your comrades in arms on the front lines. This decision by the Obama administration is just one more policy that shows the failure of socialist thinking. Women are not equal to men when it comes to physical strength. There is no way a reasonable person can believe othewise. Courage has noting to do with front line combat.
