DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ANY SLEEP! If your neighbors are loud, keeping you awake all night, management will do nothing to help you; despite the lease saying otherwise! The walls are ridiculously thin. I'm NOT kidding when I say that I can hear my neighbor yawning next door. I'M NOT EXAGGERATING! Unfortunately, we're in a terrible situation where we live under an old bi*** that stays up the ENTIRE night multiple nights a week dragging heavy objects and stomping around as if she has on military boots. NO earbuds or background noise helps tune out this wretched loud woman. If you happen to live under a noisy night owl, nothing will be done to really help you. I don't know who designed this place but I know apartment walls should not be this thin. Thin isn't even a good enough word to describe these walls.

ALSO, management won't have their sh** together by the time you move in. They will forget to do things then ask you what weekend you will be out of town so they can fix or resurface things they forgot to do before you moved in. Then, they won't give you the proper instructions on when the object can be used. If it weren't so convenient to downtown Silver Spring and the metro bus and station, we would break the lease and freakin move asap. Not getting sleep can drive people crazy!
