Firstly, the hours listed are not accurate. It's Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, from 11 to 4, according to their voicemail. This dentist is impossible to get ahold of. After weeks of calling, I was finally able to get an appointment about a month later. I Showed up for my appointment, on time, and was only able to get into their building because someone else let me in (they were not answering the buzzer). Tuns out, that's because they decided to not show up today. Their door was locked, and they did not answer numerous phone calls from my cell or knocking on the door of their office. I finally called the dentist's cell phone, and he informed me that his receptionist had called me to cancel the appointment. I told him she had not. He claimed she must have called and left a message while I was away from my phone. I explained that the phone is a cell phone, and has a call log, and there was not such call in the log (nor were there any voicemails). I was waiting for him to say something like "how can we make this up to you?", but he said nothing. So I told him I would have to switch my primary dental provider to another dentist. In a smug and self-satisfied tone, he informed me "That's fine, because I'm not accepting new patients anyways". So, in summary, if you want a dentist that may see you, or blow you off, depending on how they feel (you are a supplicant begging a favor, not a patient or a client), then by all means go see Mr. Vaughan. I realize that one would generally refer to the man as Dr. Vaughan, but in this case I don't feel he's entitled to it.
