Old Philadelphia Ave will be closed off from street traffic for an afternoon of fun on the street! Bring your families, bikes, scooters and other mobile toys. You can also enjoy toys like balls, jump ropes and fun with TakomaPlays! from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
