Love Your Badass Self, taught by Nancy Bannon

Be your bold, confident, creative best.

We will begin to explore a full range of creative expression, devising tools for those interested in both interpretive and self- generated theater. We’ll play with improvisational exercises to ignite the imagination and access emotions. We’ll seek confidence in our many facets so that we, as performers, are truly awake and able to play with whatever direction we’re given. This class will help develop collaborative skills, so that each performer can then bring a readiness, a combination of physicality, intellect and a fully engaged imagination to each creative process.

This event is from 6-9pm. There is an entry fee of $30. Discount: $100 for the whole February if you register in advance!
