But there is a catch, you have to give back to the community.
The city is accepting proposals for the use of its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
Grants are awarded on a competitive basis to community organizations for a wide range of activities directed toward neighborhood revitalization, economic development, and the provision of improved community facilities and services, according to the city's website.
Deadline for submissions is 4 p.m. on Sept. 24. The Program guidlines and FY14 application form are available online.
