Takoma Junction Task Force to Make Presentation at Last Council Meeting of Summer

The week marks the last Takoma Park City Council meeting before the summer break and the agenda is packed with items.

The Takoma Junction Task Force will present its interim report and make recommendations about traffic and business at the Junction. The presentation should be interesting because less than two weeks ago at a task force meeting, with 42 items that they thought needed more research. The panel will present its final report in three months.

Other items include a discussion of the FY2012 sidewalk plan and several second readings of ordinances pertaining to the Takoma Park City Code.
