Speak Out: SHA Ownership of MD 410
Are you worried about the ownership of the road?
Tonight the Takoma Park City Council will vote on whether to approve a memorandum of understanding that the Maryland State Highway Association owns MD 410 between Ethan Allen Avenue and Philadelphia Avenue in Takoma Park.
We want to know whether you are worried that the city will no longer have control over what happens to the road. Some residents are worried that the SHA will widen the road without any input from residents.
