The arts abound in Takoma Park and Thursday night is no different.
If you're into environmental documentaries, then check out The Last Mountain, a film exploring the fight in Coal River Valley, WV.
"There, a small community of passionate locals is trying to stop the destructive practice of mountain top removal," according to a release about the event.
Following the film, Dance Exchange Artistic Director Cassie Meador will discuss her upcoming project “How to Lose a Mountain” and lead a discussion around issues raised by the film.
