Public Meeting: Long Beach Sector Plan

On Monday, June 25, join Montgomery County planners for a community meeting to learn about their ideas for safer connections for walkers and bikers, as well as plans to redevelop commercial areas. 

Residents will have the opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions at this community meeting.

The Long Branch Sector Plan involves a creating a development that will include housing, retail locations, offices and areas for entertainment, as well as creating more green spaces and parks. In addition, planners are recommending streets with wider lanes, medians, trees and bike lanes.
