City Council Agenda: Takoma/Langley Sector Plan Resolution to Be Voted On

The guidelines will be passed on to the county council.

The Takoma Park City Council reviewed the newest Takoma/Langley Crossroads Sector Plan Design Guidelines two weeks ago and is now presenting a resolution to support the recommendations at the Feb. 13 council meeting.

If approved, the resolution will be forwarded to the Montgomery County Planning Board and the County Council.

The guidelines will be adopted by the planning board following approval of the Takoma/Langley Crossroads Sector Plan by the county council.
