Takoma Park Police to Hold Safety Seminar

This will be the fourth installment of the Refuse to be a Victim seminar.

Takoma Park Police will be holding its fourth seminar on how to avoid becoming a victim of crime with the help of Janice Hart, the crime prevention specialist of the Front Royal Police Department in Virginia.

The seminar will include information about:

  • The Psychology of the Criminal Mind
  • Personal & Technological Security
  • Home & Phone Security
  • Self-Defense Tools & Training Options
  • Automobile & Travel Security

The fourth installment of the seminar will include new information based on feedback from the first three seminars.

Attendees will learn:
