Takoma Park Chief to Address Recent Shots Fired

There were two incidents of shots fired in the last two days.

Takoma Park Police Chief Ronald Ricucci is set to appear the Takoma Park City Council at it's weekly meeting Monday night to address the recent rash of shots fired incidents and gas station crimes.

There were two incidents of shots fired in the last two days including one today around 12:29 p.m. in the area of Houston Avenue and Sligo Creek Parkway.

There have been 12 gas station crimes in the New Hampshire cooridor so far this year.

After a Takoma Park Police warning about a rash of thefts from cars at two gas stations on New Hampshire Avenue just before the D.C. border, afternoon at the W Express Gas Station in the 6400 block o New Hampshire Avenue.
