Police Investigate Nail Salon Break-In
Best Nails salon suffers an early morning break-in, but no property was stolen, police say.
Takoma Park Police are investigating a break in at a New Hampshire Avenue nail salon which happened early Saturday morning.
According to a community advisory issued by the Takoma Park Police Department, officers responded to the salon in the 6800 block of New Hampshire Avenue at around 8:45 a.m. on Jan. 28 to find the glass on the front door broken out. Police say the incident occurred between 3:30 a.m. and 3:43 a.m.
Police are classifying the incident as a commercial burglary, but the advisory says that while the establishment was disturbed, no property was taken.
