Six Flags America Entertainment Department has 100 Employment Positions for the 2014 Season!

AUDITION ALERT!!

Are you the life of the party? Do you love being the center of attention? How about acting? Can you dance? What about being the mastermind behind the curtain? If this sounds like you – than Six Flags America has the perfect position for you in our Entertainment Department!

Get down to Six Flags America for the audition of a lifetime. Learn what it takes to entertain thousands of people every day, all while having a great time, making friends and memories that will last a lifetime!

WHO: Six Flags America Entertainment Department

WHEN:  February 1st, 2nd, 8th and 9th from 3 – 6 p.m.*

**Participants should plan on arriving a half hour early for registration.

WHAT: Casting call for all local talent:

· Ambassadors of Fun (Character Escorts) - Motivated, enthusiastic, confident performers that work well with others and can relate to guests and children. 

· Costume Characters - Suit up in Looney Tunes and Justice League of America characters. 

· Actors/Hosts/Emcee - Looking for performers with stage experience who have experience working with children and performing in front of an audience.

· Dancers - Hip-hop and jazz dancers show us your moves. Individuals should be prepared to learn a high-energy dance number and pass the actor/emcee audition and have a planned two minute routine to showcases their versatility.

· Theatre Ushers - Performers who are able to greet and assist guests at our various venues. Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and work well with others.

WHERE: Six Flags America, 13710 Central Ave, Bowie, MD.  Check in at Human Resources (upon arrival at the park, stay right and follow signs for Human Resources).

Additional Information:  Individuals must be at least 16 years of age and should arrive at least a half hour early to auditions dressed in comfortable clothes and shoes that allow free movement. All individuals should be prepared to learn a short dance combination and take part in improv exercises while on a microphone. This is a paid, hourly position for the 2014 Season.
