• STORY TIMES AND CHILDREN'S BOOK CLUB
Where/When: On Wednesday, the Takoma Park Neighborhood Library hosts a Children's Book Club at 4 p.m., and the will have story time from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Enjoy French Circle Time at on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
Why Go: Babies, toddlers and preschoolers will have a blast at the Takoma Park Silver Spring Co-Op and a chance to learn some French at . Tweens get to talk to their friends about the books they love at the .

Why Go: The whole family can relax in their PJs and listen as members of the school staff and others tell stories.

Where/When: Friday at 10 a.m. at .
Why Go: Kids and their parents get to dance and sing to the music of an award-winning Takoma Park dad. Definitely a great way to spend your Friday.

Where/When: Get in from the cold at the on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Why Go: Running out of ideas to keep the kids busy indoors? Well, here's a chance for the whole family to stay in and be active with games and lots of room to dance and play.
Pricing: We're pretty excited to say it's FREE.

• ARTS ON THE BLOCK
Where/When: Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at Arts on the Block.
Why Go: Kids get to help animals by making mosaic Valentines to benefit the Montgomery County Humane Society, and everyone can have fun with a variety of activities.
