Last night I went to the mall with my daughter to buy shoes for her prom dress, I had no idea that girls don't wear heels anymore because at some point during the night their feet hurt and they take them off anyway.

There are many citizens who support the creation of a City run small short-term animal shelter.  They have experienced the heartbreak of losing their pet.  They have felt the tragedy, however, there are some citizens that have been fortunate enough to been spaired the grief, the anquish.  For those citizens who have never suffered the pain of having your pet go missing, of not having the ability to find your precious pet, which in many cases is an important part of your life, I share some facts in the hopes that this will help you understand why we fight so hard to help the Bowie pet owners.

Ah, spring. The sun shines, the birds chirp, and people everywhere sneeze and cough from allergies. Spring is usually the time when people with allergies suffer the most. Springtime allergies can take a toll on both adults and children and can put a damper on an otherwise much anticipated change of seasons.
