Takoma Park Food Truck Program Continues

The hope is that the food trucks reinvigorate business at the Takoma Junction.

Food trucks have come to Takoma Park to sate the appetites of hungry residents and boost business in Takoma Junction. There's only one week left in the initial three month run but that has been extended.

The program, kickstarted by the Old Takoma Business Association, started July 13 with the Go Fish food truck and will run for a three-month trial period, according to a report in The Gazette.

The first run was such a success that Go Fish sold out of food.
