Capital City Cheesecake to Feature Local Beer

The beer should be coming around June 15.

If you like a good microbrew with your lunch, Capital City Cheesecake will be featuring local beers and old favorites starting June 15, co-owner Meaghan Murphy said. The business was approved for a liquor license May 5.

Murphy plans to have some standards like Heineken as well as a rotating selection of local brews.

And in July, Capital City Cheesecake will start selling wine at events in the store. There will be an artists night featuring poets, musicians and painters, she said.
