It may be hot outside but it sure will be cool in Takoma Park Sunday as the city kicks off the 2011 Takoma Park Jazz Festival.
The fest will take place on the streets of Old Town Takoma Park from 11 p.m. to 5 p.m. There will be two stages hosting some great jazz, the Willow Street Stage and Gazebo Stage. And best of all, it's free.
Artists will range from 17-year-old jazz pianist Matt Wigler to a Frank Vignola tribute to jazz guitar great Charlie Byrd.
