Takoma Park Makes it Easier for Kids to Rack Up
City installs new bike racks at local schools.
As school gets back in gear, so can local kids. The city of Takoma Park is making it easier for students to bike to school.
Via Takoma Park municipal website:
"Takoma Park Safe Routes to School has installed new racks at Piney Branch, Takoma Park, Rolling Terrace and East Silver Spring Elementary Schools and Takoma Park Middle School. If students ride a bike, scooter or skateboard to school, it can be securely locked up on site. Scooter and skateboard racks require a padlock. Please bring your own."
