Cute cottage with three bedrooms, two full baths, a walk-out sunlit basement, and a nice view of a 200-year old church out the window. Located less than 10 minutes' walk from the Forest Glen metro station on the red line, great neighborhood with loads of school-age and younger kids, terrific neighborhood pool (Glenwood) and new MCPS elementary school within walking distance scheduled to open fall 2012.
