Free Program to Help People Quit Smoking and Improve Their Health

Doctors Community Hospital’s Freedom from Smoking Program is designed to help people during their journeys toward smoke-free and healthier living. This free and eight-week program empowers participants every step of the way.

 

According to the American Lung Association, smoking is the leading cause of preventative deaths. In fact, smoking can cause cancer, heart disease, pulmonary disease, stroke, diabetes and other chronic conditions.

With in-depth information, reliable resources, interactive discussions, guest speakers and support services, the Freedom from Smoking Program at Doctors Community Hospital will include the following topics:

• June 25       6 – 7:30 p.m.    On the Road to Freedom

If you, friends or family members want to gain freedom from smoking, please join the Freedom from Smoking Program at Doctors Community Hospital. Free blood pressure screenings and carbon monoxide level monitoring will be provided.
