Dear Citizens of Takoma Park, We are a new business in the area and wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves and our services to the great people of this community. Our company is called Optimal Life Solutions, and we are a small woman owned company specializing in mental health counseling and anger management services. We see adults, adolescents and couples for a variety of issues and offer appointments in the day and evening. We strive to help all of our clients achieve optimal health and well being. We are now offering an 8-hour anger management class every month for individuals looking to learn how to better control their anger. Classes  are held conveniently on weekends in just one day rather than over the  course of multiple weeks.  Lunch, light refreshments, and all course  materials are included in the registration fee. The cost for our eight hour class is $255.Our  anger management classes have been designed to help you understand  anger and how to better control it.  The course is interactive and is meant for participants to actually learn rather than feel as though they  are being scolded, reprimanded, or "talked to".  The course begins by  taking a look at what causes anger and how it hijacks your brain and  your emotions.  Next we will take an in-depth look at how anger has  affected you currently and throughout your life.  We will then learn  about anger styles and the anger cycle.  Finally, we will discuss  methods that you can use to break the anger cycle and begin to control  your anger so that it stops controlling you. This class satisfies most court order requirements, but please verify this with your court system.
