Please be advised that the State is considering to allow table games (roulette, black jack, etc) at Maryland casinos. The revenue from table games is up for grabs.A Senate  version of the table games bill calls for all table games revenue be given to the casino owners.It is projected that 30%  of gaming revenues will come  from table games. (West Va. introduced table games to Charles Town casino, and gaming revenue shot up 30%.)  .For $1 billion in gaming revenues estimated for 2015, that means $300,000,000 will be given to casino owners - every year.Most people think there is a greater good that can be achieved with table revenue.It is proposed that 33% of table games revenue be dedicated to the Chesapeake And Atlantic Coastal Bays 2010 Trust Fund.This means the Trust Fund will get $100,000,000/ year to restore the Bays.                Controlling non point source pollution,     Financing stormwater mangement,     Providing  grants to farmers to safeguard water quality, etc.$ 100,000,000 in funds per year with no bonds , no interest payments, cash every year!It is proposed that lovers of the Chesapeake Bay start a grass roots movement to get the Chesapeake And Atlantic Coastal Bays 2010 Trust Fund 33% of the table games revenue.TO DO THIS: A bill calling for a 33% share  of table games revenue for Trust Fund must be sponsored by a Delegate.Delegate Hixson could be asked to sponsor the bill.The bill then goes to the Ways And Means Committee. Delegate Hixson is a member and Chairwoman of the Ways And Means. Then there is a vote on the bill by full committee, Delegate Hixson has influence in this procedure.
