The Takoma Park City Council is still negotiating with the Maryland State Highway Administration on the responsibility for MD 410 between Philadelphia Avenue and Ethan Allen Avenue.
Some residents fear that if the state takes responsibility it will make way for road widening due to traffic concerns. On the other hand, if SHA takes responsibility then the city will not have to pay for any upkeep of the road.
So do you fear SHA having responsibility for the road or do you welcome it?
