Man Robbed Walking from Takoma Metro

The man did not suffer major injuries.

 

A man was robbed walking home from the Takoma Metro station Tuesday, according to Takoma Park Police.

Around 10:42 p.m. police responded to the 7000 block of Carroll Ave. for report of a strong arm robbery. While the victim was walking home from the Metro station he was followed by three suspects who assaulted him and stole property.

The suspects then fled on foot into the District of Columbia toward Second Street.  The victim did not suffer any major physical injuries
