To celebrate “Takoma Park Zip Code Day” (2.09.12), Takoma Plays will host a Mid Winter Play Day in conjunction with the Takoma Park recreation Department on Thursday, February 9 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Takoma Park Community Center.

Building on the success of last year’s event, this Mid Winter Play Day will feature sing-alongs, face painting, puzzles and board games, dress-up fun and snacks from the Co-op.

Volunteers are needed for the event, and teens can receive student service hours. Interested parties can register with Pat “The Lay Lady” Rumbaugh via email at pattenn58@aol.com.
